We offer consultations to discuss your ideas at any stage – whether it’s a small renovation, a newbuild, or a large-scale regeneration project. This is a chance to explore your vision with an experienced architect and get early advice on how to shape and move it forward. As a small practice, we’re agile and responsive, yet our broad experience means we can scale our services to suit projects of any size or complexity. It’s about finding the right approach, together.
We produce clear, purposeful documents to support urban design, placemaking, and built environment projects at any stage. Whether it’s a study to shape early thinking, a framework to guide development, or a supporting statement for planning or funding applications, our work is tailored to meet the needs of each context. We help define the vision, back it up with evidence, and communicate it effectively to decision-makers. These documents are often the bridge between an idea and real progress.
We work closely with clients to develop design proposals that reflect their vision, meet their requirements, and maximise the value of their development. Our process is collaborative and thoughtful, ensuring each project is both practical and inspiring. We guide clients through the planning process, from initial advice to pre-application consultations with the local authority and submission of a full planning application. All designs are developed in 3D, making them easy to understand and visually engaging for stakeholders.
After concept design, we guide your project through the Building Warrant stage. We prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications that ensure compliance with the latest Building Standards, covering key areas such as thermal performance, fire safety, and accessibility. By coordinating with other consultants, we provide all necessary documents and details, ensuring a smooth and well-documented warrant submission for approval.
During construction phase, we can offer architectural support to ensure the design is implemented as planned. This includes coordinating with contractors, addressing queries, and developing solutions to resolve any issues. We can assist with specification amendments, design changes, and ensuring compliance with planning conditions. Our team can also conduct site inspections and provide support during completion and handover.
We provide project management services for both traditional and Design and Build contracts. In a traditional setup, we act as contract administrators, supporting clients from tender through to completion. For Design and Build projects, we manage the design team, coordinate the programme, and ensure smooth project progression, helping clients stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality.
